When I joined the team I noticed a lack of team spirit and no official/consistent look. To help remedy this problem I created a new look for the team to represent proudly. I designed a new logo and brand elements, selected our official colors, and curated our photo use, which I then applied to our merch and uniforms. With our new look, I was able to bring on major industry sponsorships for the team which doubled our brand connections and lowered financial barriers for our members. I have rewritten the role and what it means to hold the position in the future.
