Corduroy Snowboards

For my senior thesis project, I designed my own concept snowboard company. As an athlete in the snowboarding world, there is no company that puts equal effort towards their women’s boards without being in your face about gender. Men’s boards aren’t marketed like that, it’s just focused on snowboarding. Women face barriers and marginalization, and often are overlooked in competitions, sponsorships, and industry leadership roles.
